Influxer ships all orders across various shipping platforms: These can include, UPS, USPS, and Amazon. If a package is lost or damaged during transit, we will send a replacement at no additional cost. Please contact us here to resolve any courier errors or damage immediately.

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout, and orders are fulfilled in the sequence they’re received. Because every product is made to order, most items—such as shirts, hoodies, crewnecks, gold chains, and tumblers—will arrive within 7 to 10 business days, while custom jerseys and similar products ship within 10 to 20 business days.

Because all products in our store are made-to-order, please allow 7-10 business days for most items to be delivered, including shirts, hoodies, crewnecks, gold chains, tumblers, and more. Please note that some items, such as jerseys, will ship within approximately 10-20 business days after your order is placed.

Once your order begins the shipping process, you’ll receive a notification email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to be updated by the shipping carrier. If your order contains multiple items, you may receive more than one tracking number, and your items could arrive in separate packages.

We do our best to validate the shipping address entered at checkout to ensure it is recognized as a valid location. However, if an incorrect address is provided and the package cannot be recovered, Influxer is not responsible for the lost shipment.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping and only ship to the United States.
