Endorsements, sponsored social content, appearances, camps and personal merchandise can all involve NIL. Compensation should reflect real rights or services rather than athletic outcomes.
School Intellectual Property
An athlete’s personal NIL and school-owned trademarks are distinct. Confirm authorization before commercial use of a school logo, mascot or uniform.
