2026 Vermont High School NIL Status
Permitted. Athletes can pursue qualifying NIL opportunities when they comply with current VPA and school requirements.
What NIL Can Include
Endorsements, social content, appearances, camps and personal merchandise can all be NIL activities. Compensation should not be tied to athletic performance or recruitment.
School Branding
Personal NIL rights are separate from school-owned logos, uniforms and mascots.
