What NIL Can Include
Endorsements, sponsored posts, appearances, camps and personal merchandise can all involve an athlete’s NIL. Compensation should not be structured as pay for athletic performance or as a recruiting inducement.
Can Pennsylvania Athletes Sell Merchandise?
Personal NIL merchandise can be possible when it uses rights the athlete controls. School marks and uniforms require separate consideration.
