The 2026–27 MPA handbook, Appendix DD, permits NIL but restricts school-employee involvement, references to a member school or the MPA, and partner promotion during team activities. It also excludes specified product and service categories. Review the actual content, setting and sponsor with the current policy in hand.

Keep a record of the answer
Save the source edition and the date you checked it. Record unresolved questions with an owner and follow-up date. If a rule or school-year document changes, revisit the proposal rather than assuming an earlier answer still covers it.
