2026 Maine High School NIL Status
Permitted. Athletes may pursue qualifying NIL activity when it remains consistent with MPA and school requirements.
What NIL Can Include
Brand endorsements, social content, appearances, camps and personal merchandise can all be NIL activities when properly structured.
Can Maine Athletes Sell Merch?
Personal merchandise may be permissible when it uses the athlete’s own NIL and respects school trademark rights.
